Being truly fit is about having a balanced body, good mental focus and the curiosity to explore your boundaries. Element are delighted to be collaborating with The Sports Ashram and their top quality expertise for this new and unique Yoga and Fell Running Weekend for Women.

Find out how to hone your training, get more from the fells and create a body that can move freely and a mind that can be more strongly focused to enrich your physical performance.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. The cost of the weekend includes your own yoga mat, two blocks and a belt all for you to keep and access to follow-on material.

The running and coaching sessions will be challenging in a positive way but most importantly are structured for you to be able to work at your own level.
